More Summer Fun

 Here are my two little baking helpers.

 I love Ember's face in this one.  Tayson is concentrating on stiring the butter so we can make rice krispie treats.

 These two were so cute.  We have Brinlee come and sleep over and Tayson and Ember were so excited to have her spend the night.  Tayson didn't want to play dress up but these two sure had fun dressing up.

 Kenzie's sister Kellie invited us to her pool party and the kids had a blast.

 I got this awesome shot of Tayson going down the slide.

 This is Ember going down the slide too.

Grandpa did get in the water as did Brice.  We had a great time at the pool and a very awesome dinner afterwards.

Summer Fun

 These pictures are random pictures that I took or Ember took.  She loves to take the camera and take a picture of anything!!  Here she is after eating some kind of chocolate.

 I love that face!  Her hair will go way curly if it dries naturally.  She does have her swimming suit on in this picture..

 Kelsie and Hayden came to play one day and so what else do you do on a hot day?  Well, you eat a Popsicle. 

 My project for the summer was to put bark down around my house and so this is a picture of the bark!!  I love it and it also helps with keeping the weeds down.

 These next pictures are of what Ember took pictures of.  She took a self portrait.

Tayson was a good sport and let her take his picture.  I am hoping one day his teeth will grow back in!!

Tayson's Baptism: Part 2

 Here is Tayson and his best friend Ethan.  We were so glad Ethan and his family could make it.

 Me and Brice got Tayson his own set of scriptures and he was so excited.

 Here is Aunt Emilee and Uncle Chase.  As you can see Tayson was not going to stay in his shirt and tie for the lunch after.  We had everyone over and enjoyed some roast beef sandwiches, pasta salad and watermelon.  As for a treat there were Popsicles to cool everyone down.

 Here is Aunt Mary and Uncle Chad with Brock.  Chad gave a talk at the baptism that was awesome!

 We were so excited that Aunt Kenzie, Brinlee, and Emmee were able to come down.  We missed Brad though.

Here is Dax and Tayson.  Tayson was so excited to find out that Daxton was coming.  Tayson had such a good day and for those that know me know that I worry.  I was so worried about everything, but in the end it all turned out just fine.  I can't tell you how proud I am of Tayson.  He has such a strong testimony of the Gospel and every fast Sunday he bears that testimony.  It strengthens mine to see him growing up with a strong testimony.  I was so proud that he made the decision to be baptized and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  He has so many great examples that I am truly thankful for.  And finally I am so thankful to a loving Father in Heaven that has trusted me to raise him.

Tayson's Baptism: Part 1

 Tayson was so excited for July 6th 2013 to come so he could be baptized.  Here he is with Brice before we headed to the church.

 Here he is holding his baptism book that Gramby gave him.  Everyone that came got to sign his book and write a few words.

 I love this picture of these two.  Ember was having a little bit of a tough time because the focus was on Tayson the whole day.

 You all know how much I love my picture taken, so don't look at me look at that little boy in the front that is smiling from ear to ear!!

 I was very proud of him for making the decision to be baptized.

Fourth of July Parade

 We have been going to the Riverdale 4th of July parade and this year wasn't any different.  I posted this picture because this is the only one that looked okay.  I tried to get them both to look at me but they wouldn't.  I also love Tayson's face in this one.

Here is Brice holding the umbrella for us.  He loves going to parades!! 

Swimming Lessons 2013

 Tayson loves to swim and so every year he is in swimming lessons and loves it.  I put him in level 2 again, but it was a good thing because he got better.  Here he is all ready to start his class.

This is Tayson doing a back float down the pool.  That girl wasn't moving quite as fast as Tayson wanted her to.

Pine Wood Derby

This is the only good photo I got before my camera battery died!!  This was Tayson's first pine wood derby.  Brice was at scout camp during the race but helped make the car before he left.  Tayson had a good time going and can't wait for next year's derby.
