First Day Of First Grade

Yea for school!! I was a little more excited for school to start than Tayson was. This is him eating his breakfast. He loves to watch a show and eat breakfast at the same time. He was not thrilled I was taking a pic.
Here he is all ready for the first day of first grade. He did awesome. He will be taking his lunch sometimes and eating school lunch sometimes.
Of course I had to get a pic of Ember. I don't think she noticed Tayson was gone. She did really good with just mom for all morning long. We are so proud of Tay and hope its a great year at school.

Chad's Wedding

Okay, so let me start off and say that I do not have one picture of Chad or Mary. I am the worst photographer and just did not snap any of them. I was a little preoccupied with my children, so maybe I can get one from Emilee or Amanda. Mary looked gorgeous and Chad was handsome as ever. The weather was great and the day turned out fantastic for them. I got this shot of the fountains, so that is where we started the day is at the Logan Temple.

Here is Emilee and my mom taking pics of us so Brice started taking pics of them. Mary and Chad were about to come out of the doors that are right behind Emilee.

Here is my Tayson, he was not excited to be in pants and a nice shirt. He survived though!!!
How cute is this!! The dresses were adorable and to my surprise the dress stayed white the whole reception. They served Zeppes Italian Ice and cookies from Cutlers in Bountiful. As I stated before I did not do well as a photographer, so I did not get a pic of Tayson at the reception. I am going to have to get one from someone else.

Finally I did get Emilee to take a picture of me and Brice at the reception. As you can see it was outside at a park in Syracuse. The kids did great, Ember did get ornery at the first of the reception, but got over it after some dinner. She had the best time playing with her cousin Maddy. Congrats to Chad and Mary, we wish them the best.

Bear Lake

So last Thursday, we decided to head up to Bear Lake for the day. This has started to be a tradition and we thought we wouldn't be able to go because they say there are no beaches left. But we got online and discovered two beaches, one on the south end and one on the north end. We went to the south end and it was great. There was not a lot of people and plenty of room to relax. This is Ember and Tayson waiting for our lunch. We ordered hamburgers before we went to the beach and ate them on the beach!!
I had to put this picture up. Brice is not trying to flex, the water is just cold. Although he is really buff!!
Here is one of my little fish out swimming. He loved Bear Lake and could have stayed there all day.
Ember and Tayson loved to play in the sand. Tayson was trying to find as many sea shells as he could. Ember just followed him around and would do whatever he was doing. I was taking all the photos and relaxing in my camp chair. We had a great time and Brice got to have his raspberry shake before we left!!
