Get Air Trampoline Park

Sooo, I heard about this great trampoline park in Roy and so we headed out to try it. It was awesome. This is Ember climbing up the side and sliding down. She thought it was fun to bounce to. It is just a bunch of trampolines together and separate ones that you can jump off of into a pit of foam cubes. I had to try that once and it was fun!!
Yes, even me and Brice paid to jump. It is five dollars if you are 46 inches or shorter. And 10 dollars if you are taller than 45 inches. I would recommend going at least once. If you do go and watch you don't pay anything.
Here is me and Ember playing. I was tickling her and she was having a ball.
Tayson is the one in the back behind the kid in the gray shirt. He loved it and wants to go back.
As long as I jumped Ember would play, so I might have to pay everytime, but I had just as much fun as the kids did.
Here is the tramps with the pit of foam cubes. This is Tayson about to jump into them. We did it on my birthday and it was a very good present to see my kids have fun!!!!

Birthday Pics

I am officially 31!! Here is Tayson and my niece Maddy posing for a picture. This is the only pic I got on my birthday besides the one below. Me and Brice got to go to the Temple in the morning and then we took the kids to the Get Air trampoline park (pics to come). Brice then took me to dinner and we came home and had cake and ice cream. Saturday was a really wet and snowy day, so we missed some people that didn't come, but we understood completely.
Here is a shot with my cake. It was cherry chip with yummy butter cream frosting. Amanda made it and it was awesome!! I only wanted a picture of the cake, but she handed it to me and I had no other choice but to take a picture. Just don't look closely at me, admire the cake!! Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday in some way. It was a great day....

Kangaroo Zoo

I took the kids to Kangaroo Zoo and it was awesome!! Tayson had so much fun playing on all of the bouncy houses and slides. Next time though, he wants to bring a friend, because everything is better when you have a friend. Ember was not so thrilled about it. She was terrified of all the blow up animals and was even afraid of a blow up tree!! Towards the end she found a bounce house with a slide and was having fun going down the slide.
Here she is sitting on a couch and not playing!! Crazy girl....
I kept wanting to take Tay's picture, but he moves to fast I had to make him pose for me. And if you can't tell he is not happy about it.
We also took my niece Brinlee with us. She just got a new sister and so we thought we would take her and give her mom some time to enjoy the baby and relax a bit. She loved the place. She even found a little friend to play with. Thanks Kenzie for letting us take her!!
This is the one shot I got of Ember inside a bouncy thing. She lasted about 15 seconds and then came out crying!! We will go again and maybe it will grow on her....

First Snowman

It finally snowed!! And so Brice and Tayson had to build a snowman. He lasted about three weeks and then Brice knocked him down. I wanted to take a picture with Tayson, but buy the time I got the camera he was cold and inside..
So, that is why I have a picture with just Brice. He was really proud of his snowman. He only got two eyes put on the snowman. He was cold and tired after rolling all of the snow balls!!

Pretty Eyes

Ember has decided to talk a little more. Her favorite thing to say is I have pretty eyes... I love it!! She is such a girl. She loves to put on dresses and play with her babies. Love that face...

New Year's Eve

There are no photos for this post. I was a slacker and didn't take any. By the time new year's eve came, I just wanted Ember to be over her cold. We went to my mom and dad's and had Chinese food. Earlier in the day we went bowling and I didn't take any pictures there either. We were home by 8:15 and in bed by 10:00. I was sound asleep until I heard fireworks going off at midnight. So I guess you can say I was up at midnight on new years eve, but not by choice!! New Year's Resolutions:

Exercise at least 3 times a week.
Drink more water!!
Be more patient with my children and enjoy them while they are little!!
Read the scriptures more as a family.

Here's to a new year. I know I know I am 19 days late, but better late than never!!

Hardware Ranch

So I have always wanted to go to Hardware Ranch and I finally made it up there. The day after Christmas we decided it was a good day to go. Well, Ember ended up getting sick and so Brice stayed home with her and me and Tayson went with my mom and dad, Chad and Mary. This is a picture of an Elk in the visitor center/place you pay to go on the wagon ride!!
Here is Chad, Mary and my dad all ready to go. There were hardly any male elk because we haven't had the snow fall. But it was fun to see the female elk anyways.
Here is my little man. He was all excited to go and then when we saw them he was done. He did see a McDonald's on the way up and was way to excited to stop and have lunch there.
Here are some of the elk. The guy told us that they would prefer to lay in the snow than on the grass. Crazy animals!!
Here is proof that I actually went and just didn't take pictures. We had a good time and I am glad we went. Next time we hope everyone else will come up!!

Christmas

Here is the evidence that Santa came to out house, he ate the cookies we left for him. Tayson was up at 6:45, but we told him mom and dad needed fifteen more minutes and then we can go open gifts. He did wait until seven and then we had to get out of bed. Ember was still asleep, so we let her sleep a little longer.
Here is Tayson trying to figure out what ones are his. And yes I have a Charlie Brown tree and I like it!! Somehow Aunt Wendy got a hold of Santa and he delivered her present to. So now Aunt Wendy has an in with the man in the red suit, according to Tayson!!
Here is the gift from Aunt Wendy. It is a race track that attaches to the wall. It is awesome!! Tayson got a lot of legos, books, clothes, monster truck set, shoes, lego watch and a gift card to Old Mcdonalds.
I had to put this pic up because Tayson has the biggest grin ever. I love to watch his face light up!!
I made Brice sell his jeep this fall, so I made him a collage of pictures and his license plates for Christmas. I think he liked it!!
Here is Ember after we woke her up. She got a kitchen, some princess shoes, a baby, clothes, books and goldfish crackers, her favorite snack. She was a little overwhelmed because Tay kept giving her presents and she didn't know what to think.
We went to my mom and dad's for breakfast and then we went to their ward for Sacrament meeting. I had to get one pic of me on Christmas. I had to bribe Ember to be in the picture with me. But doesn't she look so cute in her dress??
We came home for a while so Ember could have her nap and then we headed up to Brice's parents house. Valerie bought everyone a nerf gun and so we had a "war". It was quite fun, it was us against Brice and Brad. Tayson had such good time playing "war" he wanted to play it at home the next day!! We had such a good Christmas day. We are truly blessed to be able to celebrate the birth of our Savior.
This picture is adorable!! I almost forgot to say something about it. There is Tayson with his nerf gun and Brinlee and Ember enjoying the moment!!

Christmas Eve

You all know I am the worst photographer, so therefore I only have this picture from Christmas Eve. Don't mind my unmade bed in the background. We cleaned out Tayson's room that day and took three sack to the DI. Ember was having so much fun wearing Tayson's cowboy hat we had to take a picture. We went over to Brice's parents house for Christmas Eve. We had a yummy honey baked turkey and so much more yummy food. This kids reenacted the Nativity at the first of the month and so we watch the movie. We opened up pjs, but no pics because I did not remember.

Gingerbread Cookies

So after many years of thinking I would make gingerbread cookies, I finally did!! And they were tasty. This is Ember helping me make them, as you can see she has flour all over her face.
This is my silly boy!! He had so much fun decorating them.
This is my hubby, tasting them for me. I don't like to taste my cooking, because most of the time it is not that good, so Brice gets to be my guinea pig. Next time I will have better frosting and better things to decorate with. They turned out good though, for my first time making them.
Here is Tayson's finished cookie. Without the candy, they did look like ghosts, but we just went with it!!
