Christmas

This is the best shot I could get of Ember on Christmas!! Every time I would try and take her picture, she would turn her head or look the other way.
How cute is this!! Brad and Kenzie got Tayson this light with goggles. He would pose every time someone came to take a picture. Brinlee was not so sure of him in this get up.
Uncle Chase, I told him I would put this picture on the blog.
Here Tayson is at my mom and dad's house. Chad got him that big dump truck. He got a Spiderman bike and a Mr. Gilley Garbage truck from santa. He got Edward the train from Maddy, which he was really excited about. Clothes, puzzles, scripture case, the game Operation were the things Tayson got from Santa and mom and dad. From Gramby and Grandpa he got a fish night light, clothes and some transformers. (Mom has got to learn how to transform them!) From Aunt Wendy and Uncle Trent he got a remote control Molly train, a responsiblity chart and some clothes. I am sorry if I left anything out. Tayson would open the presents and I was trying to keep track of who gave them to him, but he was so fast. He was way excited this year and it was exciting to see his face light up.
Here is a quick shot of Brice and Chad. Of course no pictures of me 'cause I don't like my picture taken and mostly because I had the camera. Brice got some clothes, a set of new scriptures, a book my Glen Beck and money. I got a new crock pot and a shield for my mixer. It was a nice, simple Christmas this year. Ember got some clothes, chew toys and sippy cups. She was way excited. We are very blessed and I was so glad I got to spend Christmas with family. My dad makes this awesome breakfast every year and this year was no exception. Brice just wants the breakfast for Christmas!! Thanks to everyone for another awesome holiday. We want to wish everyone a happy new year!!

For Aunt Wendy

For all of the aunts out there, Merry Christmas!!! But of course a very special thank you to Aunt Wendy who knows how to spoil her nieces and nephews. We hope everyone out there has a Merry Christmas and may we all remember the reason for the season, the Savior. Happy Holidays. Love, Melissa Brice Tayson and Ember

Pretty Girl

As many of you know, I am not one to fix my hair that often!! So for me to put a bow in Ember's hair is quite the accomplishment. It doesn't last long though, she pushes it right out.

Is Summer Here Yet?

Okay, me and Tayson are both ready to go outside and play in the warm sun. Well, we have a few months to wait so I took the kids outside anyways. We got all bundled up and headed outside. Here is Maddy thinking about what she is going to do. She had a blast outside. She was swinging for over forty minutes. It only last about an hour and then we head back inside.
Tayson is doing on of his fun moves. This is the only picture where both of them were looking at the camera!!

Willard Bay

We all got in Randy's Durango and headed to Willard Bay to drive through all of the lights that they put up. Brinlee was having so much fun, I couldn't get a picture of her and Tayson because it was so dark. This picture is as good as it gets. Are you on the naughty list?!!!

Snowman

After it snowed on last Saturday, Brice and Tayson made a huge snowman!! As of right now though, it melted and tipped over. It lasted a few days though, and we enjoyed Frosty!!

8 Weeks Old

Here is my sweet girl, she is eight weeks old today. She was smiling and talking to me for about twenty minutes. By the time I got the camera out, she ready to be done with the bouncer. She is starting to notice things more and will follow you with her eyes. She loves to eat and wishes mom was a 24 hour buffet!! I take her to the Dr. on the 21st of this month, so I will have more stats later.

Best Friends

Here is Tayson and Ethan frosting sugar cookies on Tuesday. Ethan lives behind us and him and Tayson are best friends. They go to preschool together and would play everyday if they could. As you can see, Tayson is eating more frosting than putting any on the cookies.

Sickness Mixed With A little Thanksgiving

Okay, to begin I do not have any pictures of Thanksgiving. That morning we went down to my parent's house for the annual turkey shoot. Brice had a cold, but was feeling fine until we arrived at my parent's house. He was all pale and did not look good. Needless to say that I took him home and we ate Thanksgiving dinner without him. He didn't even get any cause he said he didn't want any, poor guy. So, I did not want to be near him so we stayed at my mom and dad's for a while and then we went to visit Brice's parents. Brice finally got better on Sunday, yes after the long weekend was over. Brice stayed home all five days while I tried to keep the kids away so they wouldn't get whatever he had. I was so busy trying to keep track of Tayson and make sure Ember was okay, that I didn't even attempt to get out the camera. I know, Ember's first Thanksgiving and no pictures, I think she will survive!! So I finally took a picture on Sunday of Ember in her swing cause mom was worn out. I was going to post the picture, but my computer won't let me so it will have to come later.
