Painting

 The kids decided they wanted to paint.. so here is Ember after painting.  She loved getting it all over. Needless to say she got in the shower right after.

 Here is my little artist..sometimes.  He gets in moods where he wants to be creative.

There are the masterpieces.  He painted about five or six pictures.  He didn't need a shower though, not as messy as his sister.

Riding in the Combine

 Here is one happy boy.  He has one awesome Grandpa that got him this ride.  Grandpa cuts grain in the summer and Tayson loves to ride in the combine with him. Grandpa has an older combine but he has a cousin that has brand new ones.  So I drove him over to where they were cutting and Tayson got to ride in the new combine.  It has a buddy seat and Tayson was excited about that.

This combine could keep cutting the grain as it emptied.  Tayson thought that was so cool.  Thanks Grandpa for getting us the ride!!

First Day of Second Grade

 I know its a little late, but I am posting this anyways.  Here is Tayson eating his breakfast before going to school.  He love to watch Curious George while he eats and so he was not going to look at me.

Here he is before we get in the car and go.  I don't take pictures at school because he doesn't like it.  I did walk him into school and he hangs his backpack up and then asks if I was going to leave..  It just means he can be away from his mom and he is okay with that.  He is doing well at school and his favorite subject is math.

Soccer!!

This is it... I think I have more of Tayson playing soccer, I just need to put them on the computer.  so for right now you get this one of Tayson looking in the opposite direction.  He did have an awesome fall season.  He got to play with Ethan this time and they were so excited to be on the same team. Tayson even made a goal and I was super excited for him.  I think he even got embarrassed because I got so excited and kept yelling.  He is getting better and he even learned that when he got scored on being goalie that it was okay... He is growing up and I am so proud of him!!

Hoogle Zoo

 We took the kids down to the Zoo before school started and they loved it.  Here is Tayson in the skunk and mole hole place!! 

 I am not sure what we are in front of, but I like to throw in a picture of me everyone now and then.

 I love this pic!!  Ember is looking at the rhino through a small window.

 I love his cheese!!  They have a new exhibit with the polar bear, black bear, and sea otters.  You can see one in the background sun bathing.

 Watching the sea lion or otter, I can't tell the difference.

 The polar bear was swimming up the window and pushing off in one spot.  It was packed with people so we moved on and came upon his home on land.  Just then we see him or her walking back to his or her home and we had the whole place to ourselves.  It was awesome for the kids to see the big polar bear.

Brice did go with us.  He was mostly taking pictures so I made him get in one.  They are building a new home for the giraffes and making a new place for the train.  So we will have to go back and see those things... in a couple of years!!

Bear Lake: Final Post

 Yea, I am finally making the last post.  They have this mini golf course at Ideal Beach and you have to go at least once.  Tayson is so excited to get his picture taken.

 There is a cave on the north side of Bear lake that we decided to go and see.  I actually didn't go because Ember wouldn't have liked it so Brice went with Tayson, his mom, Brad, Kenzie and Brinlee.  Randy and Emmee also stayed back at the condo.  Here they are getting ready to go in.

 Its a lot like Timpenogous Cave only not a huge hike to get up there.  Brice took a ton of pics but I only put up one so I didn't bore you to death.

Here is the last night of the vacation.  Tayson was watching Thomas and just relaxing.  We had a good time!!
